Is the Nokia Surge a touch screen phone? Would you recommend it?

Question by Brook: Is the Nokia Surge a touch screen phone? Would you recommend it?
I have the original Pantech Duo right now and still love the phone, but he’s been over used and I’ll be needing a new best friend soon. I was looking up the Nokia Surge because of the similarities to the Duo, but I’m a little unsure about the reviews. Most say it is not a touch screen, a few say it is. Is this something that can be activated? Do you have the Nokia Surge and something to say about it? Any reviews would be extremely helpful. Thanks!
